Sketching A Ballpoint Pen Gorilla

Its been nice jumping back into a bit of ballpoint again I haven't used it for a few months. Ballpoint pen is totally different from anything you will ever use. You always have to be thinking of your next step and if you mess up that next step up your Artwork could be ruined.
Ballpoint is very versatile you can either be very soft with it and create some beautiful transitions or crosshatch and blend it with India Ink like I have done in this drawing.
I love drawing wildlife art and I always wanted to drawing a Gorilla I knew that a powerful animal like a Silverback Gorilla would for some pretty powerful artwork.
